Not every tiled wall is designed to blend into the background.
This feature wall was created to be a focal point within our showroom — a surface that immediately catches your eye and draws you into the space.
The tile itself is something a little different. A white marble-look tile with a subtle rippled texture running across the face, creating movement and depth that changes throughout the day as the light shifts across it. From one angle, the wall appears sleek and understated. From another, the texture comes alive, creating shadows and highlights that almost resemble flowing water.
Paired with the pendant lighting above, the effect is even more dramatic. The light washes across the rippled surface, accentuating every contour and transforming what could have been a simple tiled wall into a statement piece.
It’s a great example of how tiles can be much more than a practical surface. The right tile, combined with thoughtful lighting, can completely change the atmosphere of a room and become a feature in its own right.
This wall was one of the centrepieces of our old showroom, proving that sometimes the most memorable design elements aren’t the biggest or the most expensive — they’re the ones that make you stop, look twice, and appreciate the details.
